Newtownshandrum 1-14 Fr. Murphy's 1-5
MUNSTER hurling champions Newtownshandrum turned on the style in the second half to overcome Fr Murphy's of London in Saturday's All-Ireland quarter-final at Ruislip.
Fr Murphy's led for much of the first half, but late points from Ian Kelleher and Maurice Farrell gave the Cork visitors a 1-5 to 1-4 lead at the break. They now meet O'Loughlin Gaels of Kilkenny in the semi-final.
